Comments:

My real number 1 service = personal service to individuals one-on-one I take the time to recognize and interact with everyone I can. As a student talks to me, many needs arise. These needs are addressed formally and informally. I take all chances to expand the students horizons. I do the same with teachers. I have tripled teacher use and interaction. ( I also take the library to them if needed!)
